How to Read Your Report
Every finding in the summary is sorted into one of three groups, so you can see at a glance what needs attention now and what can wait.
- Significant/Safety Concerns
- The items to look at first. Talk them through with your agent before your inspection period ends.
- Recommendations
- Items that need a repair, an adjustment, or a closer look by the right contractor.
- Monitor/Maintenance Items
- Things to keep an eye on or handle as routine upkeep once the home is yours.
Photos and Videos
Findings are documented with photos, and color-coded annotations show exactly what our inspectors are referencing. Some findings include short videos.
Organized by System
The table of contents lists every section with its number of findings, so you can go straight to the roof, the electrical, or whatever matters most to you. You can also search the report.
