Autumn Grijalva is the Co Owner and Business Manager of Desert Oasis Property Inspections, where she manages client communication, scheduling, and daily operations. She is known for delivering legendary customer service and ensuring both Realtors and clients feel valued and informed throughout the inspection process.

Before joining the family business, Autumn spent 15 years working in post secondary education in the aesthetics and cosmetology industry. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University and is also a Licensed Realtor in Arizona, giving her valuable insight into the real estate transaction.

Autumn takes great pride in supporting the Desert Oasis inspection team and building strong relationships with Realtors and clients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Joe and their two children, Jonah and Esperanza, while staying active in church and family activities.

Ted is an Arizona native with five years of home inspection experience and a strong background in property management maintenance, handyman services, and HVAC systems. His 10 years of hands-on trade experience give him a well-rounded understanding of home systems and construction.

He specializes in general home, new build, pre drywall, 11-month warranty, sewer scope, and first-time homebuyer inspections.

Ted is known for his detailed, straightforward approach and clear communication. He takes the time to explain findings, outline potential risks, and help clients make confident, informed decisions. Clients can expect a thorough inspection delivered with professionalism, patience, and genuine care.

Frank Olivares performs a variety of bilingual inspections including resale homes, new builds, pools, sewer scopes, and mobile homes. He is known for his thorough inspection style and clear communication.

Clients appreciate the time he takes to explain findings in a calm and straightforward way so they can fully understand the condition of the home and make confident decisions.

Frank also brings more than 30 years of professional experience from his career with American Airlines, where safety, attention to detail, and reliability were essential every day. Working in a highly regulated environment strengthened his ability to identify potential concerns and maintain a strong commitment to quality on every inspection.

Jose Facundo is an Arizona Certified Home Inspector, Licensed Termite Inspector, and FAA Part 107 Certified Drone Pilot. With a background in production management, he brings a strong attention to detail, quality control expertise, and a methodical approach to every inspection.

Jose is known for his thorough inspections, clear communication, and commitment to helping clients understand the condition of their home. He takes pride in providing honest, unbiased information and ensuring buyers feel confident in their decisions. Whether working with first time homebuyers, homeowners, or Realtors, Jose focuses on making the inspection process informative, professional, and easy to understand.

Outside of work, Jose enjoys spending time with his family, being active in his church community, and pursuing personal and professional growth.

Chuck Monasmith brings over 28 years of home inspection experience to Desert Oasis Property Inspections. With a strong background in residential construction, Chuck has conducted thousands of home and termite inspections in both Arizona and California.

Chuck is known for his thorough and practical inspection style. Clients frequently compliment him on how clearly he explains his findings and how much time he takes to ensure they fully understand the condition of the home.

Integrity and professionalism are at the center of Chuck’s work. He takes pride in providing detailed inspections that help clients feel informed and confident in their decision.

Outside of work, Chuck enjoys spending time with his family, riding dirt bikes, visiting the lake, and drag racing his 1967 Chevelle.

With over 2 years of experience as a licensed home inspector, Tanya takes pride in providing thorough, detailed inspections that help clients feel confident about their home purchase. Being bilingual allows Tanya to better serve and communicate with a wider range of clients, making the inspection process easier and more comfortable for both English- and Spanish-speaking families.

Tanya’s background in banking and customer service has helped her understand the importance of professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication. Growing up with her dad as a contractor also gave her early exposure to homes, construction, and the importance of quality workmanship.

Tanya is also proud to be part of a male-dominated industry and is not afraid to get involved, work hard, and continue growing in the field. Her confidence, professionalism, and dedication show in the way she approaches every inspection.

During every inspection, Tanya makes it a priority to explain findings in a way that is easy to understand and helpful for the client. She believes clear communication helps reduce confusion, follow-up questions, and unnecessary stress during the home-buying process.
